Hospital Employee, Outpatient only. Annual Salary. WRVU production incentives. Loan Forgiveness available. Signing Bonus available up to $50,000 . CME time and money available. Retirement plan provided. Annual Salary : $320,000 base + WRVU productivity model. Outpatient-Only Psychiatry with option to support inpatient team (IMHU is 32-bed, adult-only unit). Behavioral Health Services Include : Outpatient psychiatry, IOP, substance use counseling. Team : 3 BC Psychiatrists, 14 behavioral health clinicians, and strong RN / LPN support. Call : 1 : 4 shared rotation. Volume : 2,300 clients served annually; 1,600 monthly visits. Teaching Opportunity : Through ACGME / AOA residencies in FM & IM.
