Looking for a Cool Job in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team representing the industry leader in HVAC equipment? The Parts & Supplies Manager is responsible for the sales and marketing strategy execution and profitability of Heating and Cooling Parts and Supplies business plan. Working with other Gemaire Departments, the Parts & Supplies Manager will be instrumental in driving Parts and Supplies sales growth at Heating and Cooling; both through brick and mortar as well as through Gemaire.com and
other digital channels.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Work with P&S Product Management team to develop sales and marketing strategy, nationally, and liaising with Divisional leadership and P&S specialists to drive Sales performance.
- Execute strategy and sales initiatives by market segment for brick and mortar as well as digital channels and ensure sales and margin growth as well as profitability on these products.
- Evaluate and monitor sales performance to meet or exceed growth targets by region.
- Analyze product costs and evaluate against other product lines and competition.
- Establish Gemaire as a clear leader in HVAC Parts & Supplies, nationally.
- Develop and implement marketing and merchandising strategies, in conjunction with Marketing, eCommerce, and Operations departments, for both in-store and digital channels.
- Develop programs and strategies to recruit New Business, in addition to development of existing business relationships.
- Review and manage Sales Forecasts to ensure high customer satisfaction as well as profitability.
- Participate in product shows, events, industry associations etc. Attend, when necessary, training classes to acquire the skills to meet our customer's needs expectations and to keep abreast with technical developments and changes in product lines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ensure 100% compliance of SOX, FCPA and all applicable laws according to company's code of ethics.
In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :
Broad, multi-brand product experience.Capacity to understand dealer / distributor strategy, the competitive environment and key drivers behind a dealer / distributor's need for change / buying decisions.Strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem solving and internal / external customer service are absolutely required.Ability to analyze sales and market data and proven strategic pricing experience.Ability to give quality presentations.Excellent communication and influencing skills.Ability to travel as needed.Advanced analytical skills.Ability to travel (approximately 50%).Preferred Qualifications
5-10 years experience preferred.HVAC experience is a plus.Advanced analytical skills; BI experience a strong plus.Education Requirements :

Pay Range : $70K-87K / annual
