HVAC Experienced Service Tech

Empire Heating and Air Conditioning is searching for a full-time Experienced HVAC Service Technician / Journeyman to join our Decatur, GA team. We offer this position the BEST pay in the region, a base pay based upon experience, with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission. You would also be eligible for excellent benefits such as performance incentives, profit sharing, health insurance, dental insurance, disability insurance, a 401(k) plan, a credit union, paid holidays, paid vacations, a fleet of well-equipped vehicles, uniforms, and a minimum of 40 hours of training a year. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC EXPERIENCED SERVICE TECH

• Relevant HVAC Experienced Service Tech experience and certifications
• A valid driver's license
• A clean driving record
• Able to lift up to 50lbs and perform typical job-related tasks associated with servicing and installing HVAC systems
• Strong leadership ability

We'd prefer NATE and / or NCL certifications but they're not required. Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? SCHEDULE

This position works Monday-Friday 8a-6p with rotating Saturdays .
