Key to position :
We are looking for a Mid-Level Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain , specifically in credit card products and systems.
The role includes gathering and analyzing requirements, preparing functional specifications, and collaborating with business and technology teams to implement solutions.
Must-have skills : Deep understanding of credit card lifecycle (origination, authorization, billing, disputes) , regulatory compliance, SQL , Agile methodologies , tools like JIRA / Confluence , and API / data flow knowledge.
Strong communication and documentation skills are required.
