Position Summary :

As a Payables Date Entry Clerk, you will support the Billing and Payables Managers in receiving and verifying service invoices while maintaining GGTs standards of excellence, value proposition and service offering. Our office environment is fast-paced, high volume and time sensitive but we balance the demands with employee appreciation and team building activities.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Enter data by reviewing information from source documents within time limits
• Establish entry priorities
• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct as required and directed by Billing / Payables Manager
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Scan documents and print files, when needed
