About the Role

The Senior Financial Integration Consultant works with Workday’s implementation projects, with a focus on the most strategic and complex projects in Financials. The Senior Financial Integration Consultant collaborates closely with the client’s project team to ensure the customer’s successful deployments of Workday’s various integration products, tools, and services. The Senior Financial Integration Consultant will help architect, design, and manage integration deliverables associated with multiple Workday implementation projects. This role must have a deep knowledge of service-oriented architecture design principals, common ERP Financial integration design patterns, phased implementation methodologies, an in-depth knowledge of various integration technologies, a consultative approach to your customers and a history of successful integration deployments. The Principal Integration Consultant is expected to use their experience proactively helping support their teammates with adhoc knowledge sharing and project support

About You

Sr. Financial Integration Consultant - Basic Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years demonstrated integration or technical experience in Financials ERP related domains (General Ledger, Banking, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Accounts Receivable)

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in architecture, Design and Build integration solutions using any of these technical tools : Workday Studio, Workday Orchestrate, XSLT, PeopleSoft's PeopleCode, SAP's ABAP, Java, JavaScript, .NET, C++, SQL, Other Financial ERP technology, Other Middleware technology

Minimum 4+ years with the ability to consult as an Advisory or Architect on customer implementations

Extensive knowledge managing small teams of Integration Consultants on multiple projects simultaneously and mentor / coach the teams on Integration best practices.

Financial Integration Consultant - Basic Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years demonstrated integration or technical experience in Financials ERP related domains (General Ledger, Banking, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Accounts Receivable)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in architecture, Design and Build integration solutions using any of these technical tools : Workday Studio, Workday Orchestrate, XSLT, PeopleSoft's PeopleCode, SAP's ABAP, Java, JavaScript, .NET, C++, SQL, Other Financial ERP technology, Other Middleware technology

Other Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience – preferable in Finance or Accounting.

Coordinate assigned deliverable schedules to ensure client’s timelines are met. Provide guidance to clients or service partners on integration strategies.

Contribute to the customers’ experience with Workday’s integration products, tools, and services in a way that results in high customer satisfaction.

Lead project teams through integration discovery and scoping phases of their implementation projects

Engage where appropriate in the sales cycle to help scope integration projects.

Proactively shares knowledge and experience with teammates on financial integration related topics

Provides consultative support to more junior level consultants on projects

Surfaces implementation and process related challenges to leadership suggestions for improvements.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. If performed in Colorado, the pay range for this job is $116,900 - $175,400 USD based on min and max pay range for that role if performed in CO.
