Job Summary and Responsibilities

The Transition RN Fellowship at California Hospital prepares and supports experienced nurses as they enter into a specialty unit.  Our next RN Transition Fellowship program start date will begin March 16th, 2026. Candidates must have at least 1 year of acute care experience  to be eligible for this program.  Positions are limited and early application is encouraged . Application period is open December 1st 202​5  and will closed when a sufficient number of applicants have been received.

Our new birth center offers next-generation comfort and technologically equipped care to support growing families with optimized experiences and outcomes.​ We have modernized our maternity services, including labor and delivery, antepartum, postpartum, and our 24-bed Level III NICU​ to create spacious, nurturing environments for the 2,400 deliveries and 500 NICU admissions we handle each year​.
