Overview

Join our innovative Rehab Without Walls Level 11 Outpatient Clinic at 1030 W. Highland Road, Howell, MI, and deliver impactful 1 : 1 patient care. Help adults with neurological injuries achieve meaningful rehabilitation outcomes by working alongside a collaborative, interdisciplinary team of skilled therapists who blend science and creativity to deliver superior neuro rehabilitation results.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with exercises, ambulation, functional activities, and use of assistive devices according to the treatment plan established by the Physical Therapist.

• Support Physical Therapist in collecting outcome measures and performing complex treatment procedures.
• Educate patients, families, and healthcare workers on assigned procedures and functional activities as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Participate in ongoing program evaluation and contribute to program development efforts.
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation of all care and interventions provided.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient care and clinic operations.
