THE ROLE :

Our site in Colorado Springs Arrowswest is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team.

The Quality Inspector I is responsible for completing daily operations of the Quality Inspector group ensuring timely measurements of production parts.

HOURS FOR THIS POSITION ARE 3PM-11 : 30P MONDAY-FRIDAY

WHAT YOULL DO :

• Operate measurement tools in ISO 7 cleanroom environments
• Navigate SAP MES and camline to complete daily tasks
• Complete Long-Term Stability (LTS) across multiple equipment
• Identify aesthetic defects on production parts
• Run automated measuring systems (AMS) such as CMM Nikon and Flash tools
• Clean and upkeep measurement machines
• Retrieve and understand data from blueprints / engineering drawings
• Complete reaction flowcharts
• Generate QNs and tag discrepant product
• Maintain a clean and safe work area. Perform duties in a safe manner and observe approved safety procedures. Communicates potential hazards immediately to supervisor
• Consistently display our PACE values creating a positive and collaborative environment
• Other duties as assigned in support of meeting business goals and objectives
