Your role :

The CAD / CMMS Systems Operator is responsible for updating and / or creating detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. This role will also interact with FSIs leading Healthcare CMMS application to support processes for FSIs suite floor plan driven software modules.

Your responsibilities :

• Develop and revise detailed CAD drawings based on sketchesand verbal instructions.
• Collaborate withManager andImplementationProject Managersto ensure drawings meet project requirements and standards.
• Maintain organized drawing files and documentation for ongoing and completed projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards company procedures and applicable codes.
• Perform quality checks on drawings toidentifyand correct errors or inconsistencies.
• Learn and work inthe CMMS systemandmodules CMSViewand Space Manager to understandprocesses.
• Using internal tools to run processes that create final productsfor the projects.
• Working withPDFsDXFs to load in our internal toolsfor the CMS View and Space Manager final product.
• May travel foronsitesurveys.
• Professional and customer service focus
• Strong communicationskills with Management TeamLeadand team members.

Work Location :

This is a remote position with occasional site visits depending on project needs.

Compensation :

Compensation for this role will be determined based on relevant experience qualifications and work location. The expected salary range is $50000 to $60000.
