Could you be a good fit? We’re looking for the best, highly skilled Senior Content Editor to join the team of our exceptional client in Waltham, MA for a contract opportunity. This is a hybrid onsite role.

What will your day look like? As a Senior Content Editor, you will :

  • Play a key role in content production to ensure all materials clearly communicate to intended audience, are data-driven, flow well, are factually and grammatically correct, adhere to corporate style guide, draw the appropriate conclusions, and contribute to larger strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with writers, project managers, designers, and editors to ensure content delivery meets deadlines. Work with cross-functional team members to identify key messages and develop concepts for communicating those messages.
  • Edit compelling, clear communications for multiple channels, including email, social media, web, and video.
  • Assess current workflow and editorial processes and offer suggestions on how to improve efficiencies to work smarter, scale, and grow.

    • You'll be a good fit for the Senior Content Editor role if you :

  • Have an exceptional grasp of the English language and good writing practices
  • Have a BS / BA in english, marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
  • Have at least 6 years of copy editing and B2B content editing experience
  • Have versability editing across a range of media, including video, web, and both long- and short-form copy, with the ability to edit in multiple formats (e.g. Word, PPT, PDF, email, forms)
  • Comfortable with unplanned assignments with an ability to pivot and prioritize within the workday
  • Are a proficient user of project management software. Workfront experience is a plus.
  • Can multitask, are comfortable working independently, and can focus in a fast-paced environment
