Job Description :
As a Charge nurse to step into a Director of Nurse position. You will Assists the Clinical Director in planning and organizing nursing care and related activities. Performs duties of Operating Room or Preoperative / Postoperative Registered Nurse.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Requires frequent and constant judgment and response; occasionally in response to disasters or emergencies, actual events or drills.
- Assists in providing effective and efficient supervisory activities necessary for patient care.
- Assumes responsibilities of operating room supervision when necessary.
