Job Title : Facilities Analyst 4

Location : Tukwila, WA

Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee and ensure compliance of multiple critical contracts.
• Develop specifications and documents for supplier goods and services.
• Collaborate with suppliers and buyers to facilitate team relationships.
• Act as a scheduling consultant, creating and deploying schedules based on various requirements.
• Lead efforts to review and improve system processes and procedures.
• Conduct studies and research to support projects and customer requests.
• Process purchase requests in SAP Ariba and reconcile invoices / payments.
• Track costs and manage RFP / RFQ processes.
• Collaborate with external vendors supporting Facilities Maintenance.
