Total Achievement Program (TAP) is a therapeutic after-school and summer program for youth ages 6 to 12 years old located in Norton MA.

In this position you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by working with our youth. You will have the opportunity to lead a small team of 4 staff to provide care to no more than 12 clients at a time in a trauma-informed therapeutic setting. TAP staff work closely with the youths families schools and community agency providers to support each clients success as part of a comprehensive treatment team.

Compensation :

The pay range for this position is $63000 to $67000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience education licensure certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

JRI provides the training so that :

• YOU will be able to use your skills to lead staff in providing enriching daily activities for our students such as arts and crafts homework assistance recreational activities including offsite field trips and more!
• YOU will create a safe and therapeutic community by working with youth to build positive peer relationships manage behaviors in group settings and develop effective coping strategies.
• YOU will lead your team as a member of the larger team that provides group counseling works with youth to set goals and collaborates with youths support systems to develop treatment plans.
• YOU will help youth discover what makes them feel competent and valued by supporting them in developing the social skills necessary to function at home and in the community. Your day-to-day work will support students in developing a sense of self and provide them the skills to be successful in their next steps.
