Job Details :
BIM Designer – VDC ( Hybrid ) - Mechanical Engineer
Design, Draw / coordinate on a large variety of new construction projects based on information derived from MEP construction drawings. Typically drawing / coordination work includes 3d modeling of Mechanical, Architectural, HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems
Job Responsibilities :
- Maintaining project files
- Preparing documents and reports
- Shop drawing review and deposition
- Data and document entry into various platform
- CAD / Revit
- Assistant management as directed
- System load calculations
- Strong knowledge of plumbing / piping
- Read and interrupt project specifications and submittals
