As a Risk Management and Quality Assurance Specialist, you can proudly tell your family and friends that you help nurture hope healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth by reporting, project management and facilitation support to processes, initiatives and programs that support all regulatory standards. In this role, you provide advice, monitoring, reporting, advocacy, management and training to support IYR’s development and maintenance of a strong culture regarding risk management, health, and safety.

Must Haves :

High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years of proven performance improvement project management, quality assurance, risk management or comparable experience
Strong attention to detail
Strong time management and project management skills
Good reporting and analytical skills
Ability to pass an enhanced criminal background check
Possess a valid Idaho driver’s license or obtain one within 15 days of hire

Our Risk Management and Quality Assurance Specialist :

Coordinates / Supports the response to risk incidents or crises as they arise. Works with cross-functional teams to investigate incidents, identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Stays updated on relevant laws, regulations and industry standards related to risk management.

Assist in preparing regular reports and documentation on quality, performance improvement and risk management activities, including compliance monitoring results, audit findings, and remediation efforts.

Supports all quality assurance, performance improvement and risk management functions and initiatives
