Data Entry and Utilities Coordinator

Start your career with a Fortune 500 company and the nation's largest homebuilder! They're looking for a Data Entry & Utilities Coordinator to join their Accounting team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys keeping things organized, and has a welcoming personality to pitch in at the front desk when needed.

Compensation : $45k / yr - $55k / yr

Availability : Schedule : Monday – Friday, flexible hours within 7 am – 5 pm (leaving no earlier than 4 pm). Ability to work OT periodically required.

What You'll Do

• Create and maintain accurate and organized files and records
• Generate files / data entry for multiple departments, including accounts payable and utility records.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date data files; retrieve requested file information and remove files upon request.
• Coordinate data preservation thru timely and accurate data scanning
• Input permit account entries
• Research past-due invoices
• Enter expense statements / reimbursements approved for payment
• Serve as the primary back-up for the front desk — welcoming visitors, answering questions, and being a resourceful point of contact
• Additional duties may be assigned
