Partner Growth, Technical Business Development Intern

Are you someone who is passionate about Media and Streaming at The Walt Disney Company? Are you interested in growing our streaming business and helping support new and existing partnerships and go-forward strategy at Disney+? The Partner Growth, Technical Business Development Intern supports the Partner Growth team within Disney's Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) streaming business. We are responsible for ongoing partner management, strategic assessments, and evaluations of growth opportunities with new and existing partners. The team partners with key stakeholders in setting the growth strategy and prioritization for all partner types : Global Distribution, Regional Distribution and Wholesale, Promotional and Synergy. We're looking for someone interested in developing their critical thinking, competitive analysis, process creation, and modeling skills. Over the summer, you will gain a deep understanding of Disney's streaming businesses, our position in the streaming landscape, and the partnerships that bring Disney+ to subscribers everywhere around the globe!

What You Will Do

• Contribute to building operating and financial models
• Identify and evaluate trends for Disney's Direct-to-Consumer wholesale partners
• Support our team with strategic assessments, including critical business questions around topics including sign up, engagement and churn trends on platform / product features and capabilities
• Assist with the creation of executive-level presentations and updates
• Provide regular, digestible partner performance reports for key stakeholders
• Help our team maintain documentation for meeting notes and presentations

Education

Currently enrolled as a Graduate level student pursuing an MBA or a Graduate level degree in Media, Entertainment, Technology, Finance, Consulting, Economics or a related field.
