Our company is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team!

Responsibilities :

Collections - Contacting customers for past due balances both domestic and international

Obtaining primary financial data for accounting records

Computing and reporting numerical data

Checking the accuracy of business transactions

Performing data entry and administrative duties

Working with wholesale fashion industry companies

Facilitating incoming payments by check, credit card, or wire

Monitoring AR accounts & communicates any discrepancies with customers

Qualifications :

Minimum : Associates Degree in Accounting

Three years experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields

Fundamental knowledge of GAAP principles

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Strong organizational skills

Deadline and detail-oriented

Ability to work well in a team environment

Efficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

This is an onsite, in-person job. The hours are M - F, 9am-6pm, with a 1 hour lunch break

Compensation : $22.00 per hour
