Our company is currently seeking ​an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team!

Responsibilities :

  • Collections - Contacting customers for past due balances both domestic and international
  • Obtaining primary financial data for accounting records
  • Computing and reporting numerical data
  • Checking the accuracy of business transactions
  • Performing data entry and administrative duties
  • Working with wholesale fashion industry companies
  • Facilitating incoming payments by check, credit card, or wire
  • Monitoring AR accounts & communicates any discrepancies with customers

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum : Associates Degree in Accounting
  • Three years experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP principles
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Efficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    • This is an onsite, in-person job. The hours are M - F, 9am-6pm, with a 1 hour lunch break

    Compensation : $22.00 per hour

    Consciously sourced, our cashmere is from the Alashan, located in the western Inner Mongolia Province of China, where the finest cashmere can be found. In addition to our pure cashmere, we source the best yarns from Italy. Each year our designers hand-select the purest cotton and highest quality yarn for the Women’s, Men’s, and Kid’s collections.

    For almost thirty years, Autumn Cashmere has been a wardrobe staple for influential figures to the likes of Scarlett Johansson, Taylor Swift, Keanu Reeves, Emma Watson, Reese Witherspoon, and Blake Lively.
