Unit Overview

Coopers CCA network is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Endocrinologistto join our Ambulatory Care team in the Cape region. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative patient-centered environment where culture is top tier and innovation drives care delivery.

Short Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide outpatient care for patients with endocrine disorders including diabetes thyroid disease osteoporosis adrenal and pituitary conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations develop treatment plans and manage chronic endocrine conditions.
• Collaborate with primary care providers specialists and care teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical protocols and best practices.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and lifestyle modifications.
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation ordering and communication.
• Participate in team meetings case reviews and continuing education.

Education Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

Experience Required

Experience in ambulatory or outpatient care settings preferred.
