Business Operations Analyst
We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to be a part of our Enterprise Client Strategy team in Seattle to drive system development and process improvement by engaging our internal and external customers.
You're great at :
Cross-functional Relationships & Customer Satisfaction
Develop and maintain professional internal client relationships across departments and geographies. Participate in cross-departmental and corporate committees and teams. Assists in gathering internal and external client insight to create process improvements. Serves as back-up to the Lead Business Operations Specialist as needed.
Communication
Communicate with and coordinate McKinstry internal resources to meet project deliverables. Communicate with McKinstry internal clients as needed to achieve shared business objectives. Responsible for communication and sharing of information and training on key business processes related to financial and project management Initiate purposeful outreach and connection across departments and regions.
What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required (a degree in facilities management, construction management, engineering, or other related field preferred). Three (3) to four (4) years' experience in architecture, engineering, construction or other professional services industry required. Proven
