Job Title : OR Technician

License : CST Certification

Must-Have : Experience in Orthopedic cases

Description :

The OR Technician, under general supervision by the OR Manager, is a member of the OR Team.

This role involves collaboration with surgeons, registered nurses, anesthesiologists, and other support personnel.

The primary function is scrubbing for surgical cases.

Additional responsibilities include handling instruments, supplies, medications, media, specimens, and instrument cases.

Once fully trained, the OR Technician will assume responsibility for call.

Previous hospital experience as an OR technologist is preferred.

Experience in Orthopedic cases is required.

The position requires working weekends and holidays as needed.

The schedule is 40 hours, with 36 hours worked after breaks.

Time off requests cannot be accommodated in December.
