Job Location : University of Oklahoma, Norman Campus

Schedule : Part-time. Work Schedule : 10 - 15 hours per week. Work schedule to be determined by availability. Work Type : Onsite

Salary Range : Targeted salary : $13.00 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

Assist with marketing and communication campaigns for recruitment and outreach initiatives

Photograph campus events and student activities

Design event flyers, brochures, digital graphics, and mailers

Help maintain and update departmental websites

Contribute to the management of college social media accounts

Collaborate with staff to ensure consistent messaging and design across all materials

Employment is for the FALL semester only. Student may be continued to SPRING semester pending evaluation.

Job Requirements

Required Education : Must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2025 Term as a student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.

Must attach Fall 2025 class schedule

Skills :

Proficient in design software on Macintosh computers, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and font management tools.

Strong attention to detail

Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Professional communication and collaboration skills

Department Preferences :

Interest in graphic design, marketing, public relations, or social media management

Experience designing for promotional or fundraising events
