Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Agent to join a small close-knit team. The successful candidate will handle a mix of sales and servicing responsibilities with opportunities to work on warm leads and referrals while also generating their own leads. Compensation Package

• Base Salary : Starting at $60000 (commensurate with experience).
• Commission : 30% new business commission and some renewal commission (negotiable based on sales focus).
• Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k).
• Work Arrangement : Hybrid schedule (2-3 days per week in the office) based in La Plata MD.
