Overview

Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. To support the mission of Helio Health, Inc., the Human Resources Specialist (Talent Acquisition and Onboarding) provides administrative support to a multi-functional Human Resources department.

In addition to Helio Health's comprehensive benefits package, Full-Time hires for this position are eligible for a Sign-On Incentive up to $1,500 !

Pay Range : $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition support :

Act as our Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) expert.

• Manage user login access
• Run weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports for executive leadership and other administrative departments.
• Refresh jobs postings.
• Register and track career fairs. Act as a back-up to attend career fairs as needed.
• Maintain active roster database of staff degrees, licenses, and certificates and performs source-one verification of professional degrees / licenses and certificates.
• Provide finance with monthly billing and invoice receipts and allocations.
• Support the pre-onboarding process by setting up and tracking fingerprinting, drug testing, background checks (SCR - LDSS) and license / credential verifications.
• Perform reference checks.

Onboarding support :

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

HR Internship experience to count towards one year of experience.
