Bilingual Customer Support Specialist

The Bilingual Customer Support Specialist will engage with customers in a dynamic retail environment, assisting them with their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. This position focuses on building relationships with wholesale and retail customers, providing expert advice on Sherwin-Williams products and driving store sales.

This role requires a commitment to excellent customer service while maintaining sales goals and high standards for product presentation. The specialist will operate within stores near the following location : 3404 Illinois Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46802.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver outstanding customer service to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist customers both in-store and over the phone by assessing their needs and suggesting suitable products.
• Develop trust-based relationships with customers.
• Accurately process sales transactions according to company policies.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files and ensure product quality.
• Prepare customer orders by mixing and tinting products as needed.
• Keep store shelves stocked and displays organized.
• Ensure cleanliness of store equipment and environment.
• Participate in store inventory management and control.
• Proactively suggest improvements to enhance sales.
