Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create engaging learning experiences in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop instructional materials such as e-learning modules and workshops

Build interactive learning using Articulate Storyline / Rise and integrate SCORM / xAPI packages

Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions through assessments and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Education, or related field preferred

2+ years of instructional design or training experience (3-5 years preferred)

Experience in pharma, medical device, or other regulated industries is highly preferred

Mastery of Articulate Storyline / Rise and experience with animation / video production tools

Strong graphic design skills with tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, and Adobe Suite
