Job Description

We are looking for an experienced bilingual Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Registered Nurse for the position of Health Educator at Quilez & Associates, Inc. Our company is dedicated to promoting cardiovascular health and well-being through our screening services. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our screening process.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Perform consultations based on the results of biometric screenings, such as blood pressure, BMI, height and weight measurements, cholesterol and glucose screenings, and osteoporosis screenings.
Conduct Mild Cognitive Impairment screening, PHQ-2 screening, medication adherence discussion, and smoking cessation during the consultation.
Provide a list of local providers available on the iPad.

Qualifications :

Certified / Licensed Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Registered Nurse.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Familiarity with medical equipment and technology.

Bilingual in Spanish.
