Agile Coach.

Extensive experience using and coaching on estimation, user story writing and sizing, retrospectives, and other Agile techniques

Strong understanding of the Scrum / Agile events : Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective

Experience with the use and configuration of one or more Agile management tools, such as Jira, VersionOne or Rally

Experience with a variety of other Agile approaches and concepts, such as Kanban, Lean, XP, and continuous delivery

Experience with Agile in multi-team organizations is key

Excellent communication, collaboration facilitation, and coaching skills - Ability to productively converse with business stakeholders and engineers alike

Experience working with geographically dispersed team

Scrum Master certification is an asset

Principal Responsibilities

• Enable team productivity as a servant leader
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to remove team impediments
• Coach teams where Agile principles may not yet be fully understood or adopted, and encourage regular discipline and readiness
• Facilitate team meetings and Scrum events
