About the Role

The Executive Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategies in collaboration with the Board of Directors, managing a team of part-time staff, and supporting a large volunteer network. Key competencies include a strong alignment with the company's mission, a minimum of 10 years of progressive development experience, and existing networks in the social services sector. The ideal Executive Director for the company will be a mission-centered problem solver, a skilled communicator, and a relationship-driven collaborator. They should be adept at fundraising, with a proven ability to secure grants and expand revenue-generating activities. The role requires a leader who is highly organized, adaptable, and can manage multiple priorities with composure and good humor. Experience in marketing, and communications, and a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion are also essential. The Executive Director will be the face of the organization, representing it at various events and meetings, and will be instrumental in enhancing brand awareness and deepening engagement with all stakeholders.
