Stark Tech is seeking a Senior Project Engineer - Mechanical who excels by transforming mechanical system requirements into high-performance energy-efficient and fully integrated building solutions. You lead projects from conceptual design through construction support and commissioning applying deep technical expertise in HVAC hydronics central plant systems and air distribution to ensure every design is safe code-compliant and optimized for long-term reliability. You thrive at bridging early pre-construction solutioning with detailed engineering and field execution-collaborating across mechanical electrical structural controls and architectural teams to deliver systems that perform as designed in the real world. Through technical leadership clear communication and mentorship of engineering and design staff you elevate project quality improve constructability reduce risk and strengthen Stark Techs reputation for delivering high-performance mechanical infrastructure.
