Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Digital Solutions Delivery, this position will manage a variety of projects aligned with MGBs broader service delivery transformation initiatives. This position requires a highly motivated individual who is comfortable managing multiple priorities and contributing across a dynamic and evolving digital environment. In addition to managing projects, a key focus of this role will be leading the development, implementation, and ongoing management of a knowledge management governance structure to support our evolving Service Delivery goals. The Project Manager will collaborate with stakeholders across the digital organization to assess the current knowledge management landscape, define a strategic framework, and implement industry best practices (E.g. KCS, ITIL, ISO 30401) that support the full knowledge lifecycle. This includes serving as a subject matter expert in knowledge management processes and toolsets, driving daily operations and continuous improvement efforts, and ensuring our knowledge foundation effectively supports AI-driven solutions. Experience with platforms such as ServiceNow and Moveworks is highly beneficial, as these tools are central to enhancing knowledge accessibility and empowering employees through self-service solutions.

Education Bachelors Degree Information Technology required or Bachelors Degree Related Field of Study required. Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? Yes.
Licenses and Credentials Experience Experience in information technology positions 3-5 years required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Knowledge of the principles, procedures, and methods used in systems analysis and design, including those having computer-based applications. - Understanding of principles and practices of data architecture and data management. - Experience with modern administrative practices and techniques with particular emphasis on the use of electronic data processing systems in a large-scale enterprise. - Skilled in managing enterprise information management functions. - Proficient Analytical Skills.
