About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to serve as the chief executive and public face of its youth program. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing overall leadership, strategic vision, and operational oversight of multiple youth program locations. This role is pivotal in ensuring organizational excellence, sustainable growth, and mission alignment across all sites and programs. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors, staff, and community partners to advance the organization's mission, expand its reach, and strengthen its long-term impact on the lives of young people.
