What youll be doing

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Options For All youll play a vital role in helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) achieve independence and thrive in their communities.

Empower : Your work will directly help clients achieve milestones build confidence and enjoy fulfilling independent lives.

Advocate : Champion the dignity and rights of individuals with disabilities by fostering inclusion and respect.

Collaborate : Work alongside a passionate group of professionals dedicated to making a positive difference in clients lives.

Creating experiences : Plan fun engaging activities tailored to each clients goals.

Make Connections : Build relationships with clients families caregivers and community partners.

Stay Safe : Prioritize health and safety while offering the highest quality of care.

Champion Goals : Help clients meet their goals and celebrate their achievements every step of the way!

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience :

Previous experience in caregiving social work life skills coaching as a teaching assistant or volunteering is a plus but not required.

Empathy patience and the ability to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
