Job Description :   The Criminal Defense Attorney will manage a diverse caseload of criminal defense matters, including trial work. The ideal candidate will bring experience, strong advocacy skills, and a passion for defending clients' rights.

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in various criminal cases.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, pleadings and other legal documents.
• Develop defense strategies and manage all stages of litigation.
• Negotiate with prosecutors to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Handle trials, hearings, and other court appearances as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing case updates and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to build strong case strategies.
