About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer to lead its financial operations with a focus on growth and expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing all financial activities, including reporting, planning, supervision, and investments. This senior leader will play a key role in guiding the organization towards successful growth strategies and will be involved in forecasting, budgeting, and preparing for the next level of financial management. The CFO will also oversee the preparation and filing of financial statements, business activity reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.

Applicants for the Chief Financial Officer position at the company should be dynamic, innovative, and have a proven track record in a similar role. The role requires a professional with a Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting, a Master's degree is preferred, and a CPA designation is also desirable. A minimum of 7 years' related experience is required, along with proficiency in PC software and excellent communication skills. The CFO will be expected to maintain current knowledge of financial policies and procedures, conduct audits, and monitor financial activities to ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Additionally, the role involves leading staff training and development in budgeting and financial management areas.
