Job Details

We are seeking a Staff Accountant (on-site role) to join our small but mighty team of 5x in Accounting.

Some duties will include :

Handling AP / AR and vendor / customer payments

Maintaining GAAP-compliant accounting records

Preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements

Supporting audits and ensure internal controls

Filing sales, use, payroll, and other tax returns

Provide financial reports and analysis for leadership

The IEAL Candidate will come with :

• 3+ years in Accounting
• Good knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• ideally a degree in Accounting / finance but Not required
• Proficiency in Accounting systems (QuickBooks or other software)
