About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Institutional Partnerships and Business Development to lead the commercial growth of its risk ratings and monitoring platform within the digital asset ecosystem. This strategic and executive role is pivotal in driving the adoption of the company's services among institutional investors, including issuers, trading facilities, banks, and asset managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the go-to-market strategy, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and scaling the international footprint. A key focus will be on creating revenue-generating partnerships and growing the company's presence in the market.

Applicants for the Head of Institutional Partnerships and Business Development role at the company should have a minimum of 5-20 years' of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or strategy, with a strong preference for those with a background in fintech, Web3, tokenization, or financial data / analytics / ratings. The role requires a deep understanding of institutional digital asset market structure, including exchange and custody workflows, compliance, and risk controls. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and closing complex deals, as well as an established network within the institutional digital asset ecosystem. Strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills are essential, as is a passion for shaping the future of capital markets and an entrepreneurial spirit.
