About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Finance Officer to lead our finance department and drive the company's growth. This is a crucial leadership role that requires a professional with exceptional commercial acumen and a comprehensive understanding of SaaS metrics. The CFO will be instrumental in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, while also developing and maintaining robust financial models. Key responsibilities include :

• Raising capital and managing investor relations.
• Collaborating with various internal teams to provide business partnership and financial insights.
• Overseeing the accounting function to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in finance roles, preferably within a start-up SaaS environment. A passion for technology, a proven track record in building and leading high-performing finance teams, and a meticulous eye for detail are essential qualities for success in this position. Excellent communication skills are a must, and experience in investment banking alongside managing remote teams will be considered an advantage.
