Front Desk Receptionist

About the Job :

Busy Family Practice looking for two friendly full-time, positive, hardworking, team players for our front desk receptionist team who can work in both our Conifer and Evergreen locations (located just 20-30 minutes from town) and has excellent multitasking skills.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Medical background is a plus, but not required.
• Multi-tasking- taking calls, checking in patients, calling to schedule outstanding appointments.
• Flexibility with your schedule and tasks within the clinic.
• Telephone skills.
• Computer skills and typing skills.
• Customer service- You are the face of the company and striving for kindness and positivity is a must.
• Time management.
• Must be able to keep yourself busy and jump into uncompleted tasks during downtime.
• Organization.
• Attention to detail.
• Scheduling.
• Word processing.
• Professionalism.
• Quality focus.
• Team player.
• Experience with e-Clinical Works EMR is a Huge Plus.
