Details / Requirements :

Active Wisconsin license and Board Certification required

90% Adult, 9% Peds, 1% Neonate

80% General Cases, 20% OB

Case Mix : Spinal, Epidural, Regional, Obstetrics, Pain Management Techniques (post-op epidural, post-op extremity blocks), ventilation management, central line, arterial line, AP catheter

Specialized equipment : ultrasound for blocks, glidescope and McGrath, pyxis for drugs

Mixture of doing your own cases and supervising CRNA

CRNA Supervision 50% of the time, supervising 2-4 CRNAs
