Roles & Responsibilities

Directly supervise and be accountable for all aspects of Retreat operations with the Retreat Director Manager on Duty when the Retreat Director is not present.

Lead by example : Achieve personal SALES goals as well as Team SALES goals

Coach Team Members to achieve peak performance

Create a positive Team environment that is passionate about providing Guest service

Meet and exceed sales goals

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of sales and retail management experience

Experience in managing hourly wage employees

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

People-oriented with strong Guest service skills and public relations

Working knowledge of computers and standard software

Industry knowledge and experience preferred

Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution

Compensation : $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
