Events Assistant

We are seeking a motivated Events Assistant to support the planning coordination and execution of a wide range of events. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations maintaining high service standards and contributing to the success of each event from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

Assist with event planning preparation and on-site execution

Coordinate logistics such as vendor communication materials schedules and venue arrangements

Support the creation of event documents timelines and setup checklists

Ensure all event spaces are prepared accurately and on time

Provide administrative assistance to the events team as needed

Help monitor event flow guest needs and overall quality during each event

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery

Qualifications :

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication abilities

High attention to detail and a proactive approach

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

Professional reliable and able to represent the company with confidence

Basic knowledge of event coordination or logistics is a plus
