Civil / Structural Designer

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Civil or Structural Designer to join our collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in AutoCAD and Revit, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work closely with engineers and multidisciplinary teams to produce accurate and innovative construction documents. This role requires creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft and detail construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit (2D and 3D)
• Collaborate directly with engineers to translate structural designs into buildable plans
• Coordinate across disciplines including MEP, HVAC, and piping to ensure integrated design solutions
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in all design outputs
• Engage with team members to foster a collaborative, team-based work environment
• Adapt to new challenges and expand technical skills beyond core responsibilities
