Advisory Services is a specialized team within the Investment Client Services Operations department. This team partners closely with financial representatives and internal stakeholders to deliver strategic guidance and tailored solutions for complex investment-related inquiries. The focus is on providing consultative support, ensuring operational excellence, and enhancing the client experience through proactive problem-solving and relationship management.

Role Overview

As an Investment Client Services Analyst in Advisory Services, you will act as a trusted resource for financial representatives and clients, offering expertise on investment products, operational processes, and regulatory considerations. This role goes beyond transactional service-it requires critical thinking, collaboration, and the ability to guide stakeholders through nuanced scenarios that impact client outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Compensation Range : Pay Range - Start :
