Entry Level Accountant

Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Entry Level Accountant to join our team in Greensboro / High Point, North Carolina. This part-time role offers 25-30 hours per week and is ideal for individuals seeking to grow their accounting skills in a supportive environment on a part time basis. Responsibilities :

• Perform routine accounts payable tasks, including processing invoices and ensuring timely payments.
• Conduct bank reconciliations to verify account balances and accuracy.
• Assist in account reconciliation by analyzing discrepancies and resolving issues.
• Handle accounts receivable duties, such as recording payments and maintaining accurate records.
• Prepare and record accounting entries to support financial reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.
• Support other accounting-related tasks as needed to maintain the integrity of financial data.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial activities.

Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
