Payroll Specialist

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Payroll Specialist to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $45.00 to $55.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
• Optimize payroll workflows and reporting using Workday and other relevant systems.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues and support audits.
• Generate payroll reports and provide insights to support financial planning and analysis.
