Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee routine and preventive maintenance operations for the NTTAPGBTW & MCLB contract. The ideal candidate will ensure all facilities including buildings fiber huts and associated infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness safety and functionality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily weekly and monthly maintenance schedules across all assigned facilities
• Conduct and oversee inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly
• Ensure all facilities remain clean orderly and compliant with safety regulations
• Coordinate and supervise routine maintenance tasks including :

Pest control
