Pediatric Licensed Vocational Nurse

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Pediatric Home Health | Plainview, TX (Day & Night Shifts)

BrightStar Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one care for a 1-year-old male pediatric patient in his home.

Position Details

Schedule : Monday–Sunday | 7 : 00 AM–7 : 00 PM and 7 : 00 PM–7 : 00 AM

Pay Range : $20–$26 per hour (based on experience)

Differential : Additional night shift pay

Pay Frequency : Weekly direct deposit

Location : Plainview, TX

Your Responsibilities

Provide skilled pediatric nursing care in a home setting

Monitor and manage a ventilator-dependent trach , including suctioning and trach care

Administer feedings via GJ Mickey button

Record and report vital signs and observations accurately

Maintain a safe, comfortable environment for the patient and family

Requirements

Active Texas LVN license

Current BLS / CPR certification

Experience with trach and ventilator care (required)

Familiarity with G-tube or GJ-tube feedings

Pediatric home health experience preferred

Reliable, calm, and confident working independently
