Automation Personnel Services is seeking a driven, outgoing Mobile Sales Executive to represent an innovative, fast-expanding automotive service program across the Bay Area. Whether youve worked in inside sales, outside sales, retail, route sales, automotive sales, or any customer-facing role, your ability to connect with people and drive results is what matters most. Well teach you everything you need to know about the service; you bring the confidence, personality, and sales energy.

Compensation Package

Base salary : $65,000 per year

Weekly commission based on performance

Realistic First-Year Earnings (Salary + Commission) : $72,000$85,000+, depending on performance, location traffic, and commission tier

Strong earning potential with expected sales of $1,000$1,500 per day

Schedule and Hours

Wednesday through Sunday

10 : 00 a.m. 7 : 00 p.m.

Consistent schedule with opportunities for additional hours based on business needs.

Mobile Sales Executive Duties and Responsibilities

Operate a company-issued van and set up daily at a designated retail location.

Actively approach, engage, and educate customers about re-key services.

Build rapport quickly, identify customer needs, and close on-the-spot sales.

Perform on-site key and fob services (training provided; no technical background required).

Maintain accurate daily logs of interactions, completed sales, and inventory.

Serve as the professional, customer-focused face of the brand.

Mobile Sales Executive Qualifications and Requirements

Sales experience of any kind : inside sales, outside sales, retail, route sales, call center, automotive sales all encouraged to apply.

High-energy communicator with strong people skills and a customer-first attitude.

Self-motivated, reliable, and confident working independently.

Professional appearance and strong relationship-building ability.

Ability to manage company equipment and maintain an organized mobile workspace.

Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
